How would you like it cut?

These sheets give you an idea of what cuts and product options you have when ordering beef, pork or lamb. Feel free to take a look at these prior to calling in your cutting instructions. You can also fill these out and email them to fallsmeatservice@gmail.com when your animal is being processed here. If you are a farmer selling your beef, pork or lamb by the 1/4, 1/2 or whole, these sheets are helpful to provide to your customers to inform their cutting instructions.
