To start your booking, we will need the information contained on the order form below. We can pencil you in for a date, but will not consider it booked until we have received your full order and deposit. This can be done verbally, over the phone or through use of the form below.
Falls Meat Service requires a non-refundable deposit of 10% of your anticipated total to hold your booking date. This will be applied to the final amount.
Menu and final person count must be finalized at least 2 weeks prior to the event
Any facility fees or venue fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We have a minimum of 100 plates ordered/served for private food truck events.
Falls Meat Service must be notified of cancellations at least one week in advance. If cancellation requests are not made with in the required time, the customer is responsible for the full payment of the order.
We like to arrive to set up our food truck 30-45 minutes prior to the event.
The customer must provide garbage bins and garbage bags as well. Plate clearing and garbage removal will be the responsibility of the customer.
As we are a licensed food truck, food is served through our food truck window to guests.
We have a table with silverware, napkins, condiments that is available right in front of the truck for guest self-service.
Tableware: Basic plates, napkins, and plastic cutlery is provided.
Beverages: Beverages are not included in food costs but can be requested for an additional fee. Options include:
Desserts: Desserts are not provided by Falls Meat Service. If the event has dessert (including wedding cake), cutting/plating/serving will be the responsibility of the customer.
When the food serving timeframe is concluded, any leftover food will be placed in aluminum foil containers to be given to the customer. Refrigeration and safe handling of these left overs will then be the responsibility of the customer.
Falls Meat Service will remove their truck and additional items set in front of the truck. All other clean-up, including plate clearing and garbage removal will be the responsibility of the customer.
